Erica Irwin, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who provides clinical services to children and adolescents at CASGSL. Ms. Irwin received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Ms. Irwin provides the Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention program, an empirically supported short-term treatment intervention designed to reduce the impact of trauma on children and their families immediately following a traumatic event or the child’s disclosure. Ms. Irwin’s clinical interests include utilizing play therapy techniques to facilitate healing and growth after exposure to trauma.
